How to configure your controller. When you open the Xbox Accessories app, scroll over to your controller and select Configure to get started. Choose New profile, and then make your changes. When you’re done, press the B button for your changes to take effect.

Check to see if your network is connected. If your network isn’t connected or if you’re having connectivity problems, select the Start button on the taskbar, and then select Control Panel. Select Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Troubleshoot problems. Follow the instructions to get connected again.
